Accommodation located in a unique and privileged place, a complex on top of a cliff, an enclave over the sea, with impressive views of the ocean and the coast, with Mount Teide in the background. The complex has a spectacular pool open on the cliff, it is practically a panoramic balcony with the same views of the landscape. Guests will find in this accommodation a haven of peace in a very quiet location, where they can enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Ideal accommodation for guests looking for a different accommodation, in a unique location on the island. It is a very spacious, bright, comfortable and practical apartment, consisting of a large studio-type main room, which houses both the bedroom and the living room. It has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, a sofa bed, a smart TV, and a practical round dining table with fold-out armchairs. The room opens through a huge sliding door to a cozy covered and glazed porch, in turn, a private viewpoint, where you can enjoy the sun in privacy or have a drink at sunset, contemplating the sunset on the horizon. From there you can see how the sun reflects on the ocean, the cliffs along the coast and, in the distance, a small fishing village crowned by the imposing Teide, which can be seen with total clarity on the clearest days. In the corridor that leads from the entrance to the main room, there is the bathroom and a small kitchen with an American bar.
The apartment is located on the Costa del Sauzal, in the area known as 'El Puntillo del Sol'. It received that name from the way the sun moves on the horizon until it crosses the line of the sea that can be seen from the area and because it is the area in the north of the island that registers the most hours of sunshine per year. The accommodation is perfect for those travelers who want to continue enjoying the climate of Tenerife without suffering from the large crowds in the south of the island. In the same building we find a pizzeria with one of the best pizzas on the island (thin-crust and authentically Italian) and where we can order food to go (and enjoy it on the terrace of the apartment). In addition, a few meters away we find a German restaurant (Restaurante Ferdis), with a terrace, where you can also have a beer in the late afternoon. A few meters away, by car or hiking, we access the Costa de Rojas, a recently-renovated coastal promenade that runs along a significant part of the northern coastline. In addition, at the end of the walk, almost at the foot of the houses on top, we find some magnificent natural pools in which to cool off.
The apartment is also perfect as a starting point for the best attractions on the island (taking advantage of the fact that it is easy to park in it):
- 12 minutes from TFNorte airport. - 15 minutes from the historic city of La Orotava.- 16 minutes from El Bollullo beach, an exotic cove of black sand very frequented by locals.- 17 minutes from the connection (TF-2) with the southern highway (TF-1) to visit the south side of the island.- 18 minutes from Loro Parque (one of the best animal-themed parks in the world according to Tripadvisor) and Puerto de la Cruz (where we will find magnificent sandy beaches).- It has easy and direct access to the Cañadas del Teide Natural Park.- A 20-minute drive from the center of the historic capital of the island, La Laguna.- 25 minutes from the capital of the island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.- 30 minutes from the Cruz del Carmen viewpoint, from which the best hiking trails on the island start through the Anaga Natural Park.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.

If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!

If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the landlord can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
