Welcome to Golden Club Cabanas in this cozy 1 bedroom apartment with a private balcony. Enjoy the living space with a equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom.
Relax in the tranquil ambiance of the balcony, soaking up the pleasant weather with the Ria Formosa as your backdrop.

Our guests have access to the shared indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and steam room, as well as to the FREE boat shuttle from the resort to the beach in Ilha de Cabanas

The space:
Enjoy a memorable stay in Algarve in a place where everything has been thought with care and detail.
The apartment consists of the following:
- A living space with a sofa bed, dining table and connected to the kitchen and hallway. Also has access to the balcony;
- A kitchen with the appliances needed to prepare delicious meals;
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe;
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub. A hairdryer is at your disposal;
- A lovely little corner with a sofa and curtains for some privacy;
- Amenities, towels, and bed linen included;
- A balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Algarve breeze;
- Shared outdoor and indoor pools (the indoor pool is heated in the winter), jacuzzi, turkish bath and steam room;
- FREE boat shuttlle from the resort to the beach in Ilha de Cabanas.

Pool schedule: 9AM to 7PM.
Restaurants and bars schedule: 10AM to 11PM.

House rules:
1. Please make yourself at home!
2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall.
Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).

The neighborhood:
The property is located in Cabanas de Tavira, a town in the municipality of Tavira. Situated on both sides of the Gilão River, Tavira is without a doubt the most charming town in the Algarve. The ruins of a hilltop castle, an old Roman bridge, and a multitude of Gothic and Renaissance churches are among its historical attractions. The structure of the village is composed of a long line of low houses, stores, bars, an enticing variety of restaurants facing the Ria Formosa Natural Park, guesthouses, and its beautiful, clean beaches make it a popular tourist destination in the summer.


Other things to note:
We are passionate about travel and enjoy meeting new people from across the globe, thus we aim to share our passion for this unique city with you through our carefully selected property portfolio. This is designed to ensure that you get the best out of your trip to Algarve. We are happy to assist you with booking additional services such as a reservation at a typical Portuguese restaurant for some delicious local food and transport to and from the airport (for an added fee), in order to make your stay all the more enjoyable and unique! The apartment itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. It is important to mention that Check-ins after 9 PM are subject to a €15 surcharge, and from 11 PM to a €30 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival, in order to cover transportation costs thereafter.
We are always available and happy to help you with anything you may need both before and during your stay, and we look forward to welcoming you to Algarve very soon!

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.

If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!

If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the landlord can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Make a reservation request
