The flat gives spacious accommodation for 1-2 persons. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE FLAT, but outside only. The space looks and act like a living apartment where you don't need to bring any, but your personal stuffs only.
Basically all the amenities you would need in standard housekeeping like towels, bedding, dishes, hairdryer, full equipped kitchen, TV and internet also the utility fees are included in the price. You can ask for regular cleaning that has extra costs depends on your needs.

The building of Bajnok street 22. itself is a bit smaller than the other ones around. The few neighbours you will have won't disturb your stay, on the other hand it is welcomed if you will respect their rest too.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
