My name is Diana, and together with my husband André, we are the proud owners of this modern and cozy apartment in Porto Cedofeita neighborhood. We are here to help and support you on this exciting new journey of living in Porto. We are committed to ensuring you have the best possible experience renting this home and being our tenant.

So let us tell you a little bit about us. Although we are both native Portuguese, we lived in the USA for many years. In 2019 we decided to move back to Portugal with our two daughters. Being new to Porto, we know exactly what it´s like to be in a new city and having to build a network from scratch as well as make new friends. This is why we are passionate about helping and supporting our tenants through this initial integration phase.

We are both very open minded, transparent, and friendly people. Open and honest communication is the key to any relationship, and tenant / landlord relationships are no different. Respect, empathy and ethics are key principals in our interactions with people.

We have extensive experience renting and in real estate in general, as André is a reputable real estate agent in Porto. As landlords, we are here to help with any situation that may arise, and to ensure you have a smooth renting experience with us.
