Les doy independencia a mis huéspedes, pero estoy disponible si me necesitan, antes de aceptar reservas requiero mantener un breve dialogo con los inquilinos con la finalidad de verificar si el apartamento se adecua a sus expectativas y conocer los motivos de su estancia temporal. A los huéspedes se le prestará la atención necesaria a su llegada, debiendo abonar una fianza reintegrable mínima de 50 euros a la firma del contrato de arrendamiento que se les devolverá al término de la estancia, asimismo se les facilitará información de todo aquello que les sea necesario saber sobre el alojamiento y la zona y se estará a su disposición para ayudarles en cualquier problema que se les presente durante su estancia.
