It is a great location, very central, with a view of the Danube River. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a short stay. It is on the ground floor and on the central street, so it can be a bit noisy, but otherwise, everything was great. I want to add a special thanks to Esther because we arrived late at night and left at 4 a.m., and she was able to accommodate our arrival and departure times.

Neighborhood
Very central, just 2 minutes to Vaci Utca, the Central Market, and the Danube embankment. It’s a great location to explore the touristic parts of Budapest.

Fővám Tér is a busy square on the Danube, in the southern part of downtown Budapest. The flat is across the street from the historic Liberty Bridge, adjacent to the legendary Central Market Hall, and around the corner from a transit hub for trams, buses, and metro subways. The area is vibrant, busy, and picturesque.

Go across the bridge to Gellert Baths and spend several hours.
Along Váci Ut, dine at Rustico.
And throughout Budapest, just get out and walk. Exploring the neighborhood is like looking through a treasure chest!

The location is fantastic. Close to the Market Hall, Metro, tram, buses. Ships, cafes, pubs in the immediate area. The university is a 5- minute walk. The apartment was well presented. It’s clean, and in good condition. Everything worked. The owner takes care about their apartment. There are enough basic furnishings to be comfortable. The TV was set up. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need.
It’s located on the street level. There’s a sidewalk and busy road way and tram right outside the window. It can be nosiy but you are in a great city center location. It’s going to be active. I travel with ear plugs for at night it was no problem for me. The other tenants are quiet. The apartment has good heat and air-conditioning to be comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend. I’ll be back.

It’s a university area and as wel, it’s 5 minutes from the popular Market Hall. Very lively area.

Very friendly owner. The apartment was very clean. There is everything necessary for long-term living. Cozy and suitable for a comfortable stay of two people. A gorgeous view of the Danube River from the window. Convenient location, nearby is the subway, the famous city bazaar. We recommend these apartments. The neighbourhood is very great, you can find a lot of shops and restaurants. It’s also very great for students at Corvinus. Moreover, you can find bus and subway or even tram station very close to the apartment.

I stayed at this apartment for almost two months and everything went very well. The location is very convenient for daily shopping/transportation, the apartment is clean and functional, and the communication with the landlord is very smooth as well. Will definitely come back here when I visit Budapest again!

Super nice apartment no matter what the purpose of your stay in Budapest is. A bunch of opportunities to go out right around the corner, while at the same time being quiet enough to be able to study and work. Eszter is very nice. The apartment is also very nice. I was having problems with the internet a couple weeks into my stay, but Eszter pestered the ISP until they fixed it. After that, there were no problems.

Wonderful, cute and super clean little studio flat with all necessary amenities, even in the kitchen for cooking, there is high speed wifi, huge TV, a washing machine, iron, safe etc. There is an AC and windows for fresh air which are essential especially during the hot, stuffy Hungarian summer. It felt very safe and secure and perfectly centrally located which is a key factor in getting around with public transportation. I loved the design in the bathrooms, very pretty and simple. It is a very loud street of downtown Budapest and since this room is the ground level not only the loud street noise, but people’s cigarette smoke comes through the windows when they are open. The shade curtain is just a tiny bit too small to block out the light on the windows but they look great and match the interior decor. Overall, I give a 10/10 rating, I totally recommend this nicely decorated and fun studio flat for one or two people and I would return myself.
