This is the only experience I have with Flatio. The compensation for the problems was not adequate. The offered me some voucher for the furture accomodation, but they know that I will not use it anyway.

I’d like to get confirmation of payment as soon as reservation made. Inbound emails don’t result in bookings. Not enough certainty month to month to make this better than full time renting

Slow to respond and do not screen the potential tenants for bad behaviour. Down a legal black hole on getting damaged compensated. What is this thing about printing documents for tenants when they check-in or check-out as a measure of what responsibility you have?!

Flatio should inform clients that its not possible to receive an invoice. Nobody asked and helped in this process.

There is no option to be assured that the owner was contacted or has seen the reservation… He should have send any reaction: ok-I ´ll deal it later/I ´ll call you or no- sorry, it ´s occupied/ I don ´t like you… or whatever

Comunicace nebyla moc dobrá, není možné agenturu zavolat, rozhodně jiný systém než se setkáte normálně. Cena je za mněsíc takže pozor na extra ceny.

I don't have as much demand as I'd like. I suppose it can be a function of pricing and supply. Maybe you can create an engine that can recommend people how to maximize their occupancy.

It’s ideal for my needs in principle. The tenant booking needs improvement. Stressing landlords to confirm bookings but placing no rigor in renters is not good. I don’t have feeling there is sufficient demand to book my properties out for longer run. Bookings come last minute. So I may shift to long term rental for the stability.

Flatio should not communicate sensitive information such as the address via text messages. I wrote about this issue to the customer service, but the response was "it's not possible to not send a text message." Choosing a communication method should always be possible for customers of a service.

There is very unreliable stream of tenants. People reserve time and don't pay leaving my property off the market for a long time, losing me money. I'm already considering pulling my properties from the platform since there is not a good stream of customers, and the experience as a property owner is quite bad (punishment if reject a reservation, no clarity if the people will actually pay money on time or show up or even answer emails). Make it more like AirBnB. If I go there to make a reservation - my money is collected right then, landlords can rely on the bookings that are made. The way this works is not good.

I had a great experience with flatio 4 years ago in Brno, CZ Republic. However this experience in Prague and this particular rental location I am not happy with flatio for doing more to support me despite numerous emails/texts complaining of the lack of furnishings
