For anyone staying at a location for a medium-term period of time, on the order of months, Flatio makes the process simple and thorough. I will use Flatio at every opportunity. If you're looking for a period of days or weeks, landlords will almost certainly reject your request, despite the fact that they advertise availability for those time periods. Flatio needs to force landlords to restrict their minimum stay lengths to what they're truly willing to accept, otherwise it's a very frustrating experience.

I like that you guarantee WiFi, and most of all that you are transparent and up-front about your flexibility options (i.e. cancelation policy). I dislike that you are asking for a review prior to me having my first actual Flatio experience.

Great! We recommend Flatio all the time. We just do not like to have to do a deep cleaning of the apartment upon move out as we often leave early in the morning and there is often toxic cleaners that the owners leave and I would never use these myself. Flatio should require professional cleaners to clean the apartments in between stays rather than rely on renters. This is one concern we have going forward.

Since you opened the possibility for shorter rentals, 5 days, it would be an improvement to be able to differentiate the daily rate better between for example 5, 14 and 30 days stays.
